VERY IMPORTANT! If your team already has a profile on the OEDK website, all you need to do is follow the registration link below. If you do NOT have a profile on the OEDK website, you will be prompted to create a team profile (membership) on the OEDK site BEFORE you register for the showcase.
9:00am - Teams who are having the OEDK move their prototype must have their items packed up and ready to go by 9:00am in the designated area in the OEDK. More information in the PROTOTYPE ASSISTANCE section below.
9:00am - Teams who want the OEDK to transport their poster to the showcase location, must have their poster, rolled up and labeled with the label provided, in the box in the designated area by 9:00am. More information in the POSTER section below.
11:00am - Student Set-up and Pizza Party, all teams MUST be set up by 1:00pm. After 1pm, teams should leave and return by 3:30 and be standing by their poster by 4pm.
3:30pm - Judges reception (judges only)
3:30pm - Teams check-in
4:00pm - Students begin to stand near their projects and get ready for judging, full team should be present if possible
4:30pm - Competition – judging starts
5:30pm - Judging concludes - Ballots turned in
6:30pm - Awards Ceremony
7:00pm - Showcase closed, teams pack up and take posters down. Teams that have prearranged moving help - pack up boxes and put them in designated area.
